How It Works

1. Choose Your Prize: Select a prize from our current competitions.
2. Answer a Question: Answer a skill-based question to qualify for entry.
3. Purchase Your Ticket(s): Securely purchase tickets online. Each ticket equals one entry.
4. Free Postal Entry: Use the postal entry method for free participation (details below).
5. Live Draw: All entries are entered into a live draw using a random number generator.
6. Receive Your Prize: Winners will be notified and receive their prize free of charge.

Terms & Conditions

General Terms

• Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older and reside in the UK. Proof of age and address may be required.
• Exclusions: Employees of SKE Prize Draw, their immediate families, and anyone involved in organizing the competitions are not eligible to participate.
• Skill-Based Question: All entries must correctly answer a skill-based question. Incorrect answers will be void.
• Winner Selection: Winners are selected randomly using a certified random number generator to ensure fairness and transparency.
• Prize Delivery: Prizes will be delivered to winners free of charge. Delivery may require a signature or ID verification.
• No Cash Alternative: Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated in the competition details.

Free Postal Entry

Participants may enter for free by sending a postcard or letter with the following details to:

Your postal entry must include:

• Your full name
• Your postal address
• Your email address
• The name of the competition you wish to enter
• Your answer to the skill-based question

Rules for Postal Entry:

• Only one free entry per person per competition is allowed.
• Postal entries must be received before the competition closing date. Late entries will not be included.
• Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
• Free entries are treated equally to paid entries in the draw.

Data Protection

SKE Prize Draw complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All personal information collected will only be used for administering the competition. Data will not be shared with third parties without prior consent. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us at info@skeprizedraw.com.

Complaints & Disputes

• All complaints or disputes must be submitted in writing to info@skeprizedraw.com.
• Competitions are governed by UK law, and disputes will be handled in UK courts.

Cancellation & Refunds

• If a competition is canceled, all paid entries will be refunded. Free postal entries will be void.
• Refunds are not available for ticket purchases unless the competition is canceled.
